We're also part of Accenture, a global leader in technology and consulting.About The Role We're looking for a senior design lead with hands-on experience in enterprise platforms (think Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
The job is about taking complex business processes and turning them into clear, user-friendly experiences, often working within the standard design systems these platforms provide.
This role is about more than designing interfaces — it's about understanding whole services, mapping out user journeys, and creating experiences that connect people, processes, and platforms.
You'll partner with strategists, product managers, engineers, and business leaders to turn complex systems into simple, effective experiences.
As a senior team member, you'll not only deliver great design work but also provide direction, mentor others, and help grow our design practice.What You'll DoLead end-to-end design across both user experience and service design activities.Map and simplify business processes into user-friendly workflows within enterprise platforms.Explore and design the bigger picture of how people, systems, and services connect.Run research, interviews, and testing to understand needs and validate solutions.Translate insights into journey maps, service blueprints, and design concepts.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to align user needs with technical and business requirements.Guide teams on making the best use of platform design patterns, extending them when needed.Mentor designers, support their growth, and help set standards for the team.Advocate for user-centred and service-centred design across stakeholders and clients.What We're Looking ForDeep experience in UX design, with strong service design skills.Proven experience designing within enterprise platforms like Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar.Ability to connect big-picture service thinking with detailed UX execution.Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, process design, and blueprinting.Excellent communication and facilitation skills — comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders.Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for enterprise-scale environments.Proven experience leading design teams and shaping enterprise transformation programmes.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build support for user-centred approaches.Nice to HaveExperience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.Consulting or client-facing experience.Knowledge of agile delivery and product management practices.Diversity, Equity & InclusionWe know that great ideas come from different perspectives and experiences.
