You'll work in partnership with your Head Coach, to keep our store's Operations functions running seamlessly.

Reporting to the Head Coach, you will : Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to lifeProvide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the teamAssist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialCare about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING : Your passion for the Nike brandYour experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coachingYour ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teamsYour strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skillsYour ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentYour strong written and verbal communication skillsYour computer proficiencyYou will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
