We’re opening our brand-new Manawa Bay outlet – and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team!

Here’s what’s on offer :

Rostered Hours : Monday 9 : 30am – 6 : 00pm, Tuesday 11 : 00am – 7 : 00pm, Wednesday 11 : 00am – 7 : 00pm, Thursday 11 : 00am – 7 : 00pm, Sunday 9 : 30am – 5 : 30pm

Minimum Hours : 38 per week

Hourly Rate : $26.50 per hour

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our Manawa Bay team. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

What your day will look like

Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting daily operations

Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales

Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets

Prioritising exceptional customer experiences

Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
