You'll work closely with senior Chefs and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.Key responsibilities : Prepare and cook food items in line with hotel and Japanese cuisine standards.Maintain food hygiene and safety in accordance with the Food Control Plan.Ensure kitchen cleanliness and equipment care.Assist with stock control and receiving deliveries.Support the team during busy service periods and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.What we're looking for : Previous experience in a commercial kitchen would be beneficial (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus).
