As our Receptionist, you'll play a key role in bringing that vision to life.

You'll be the friendly face that greets residents, families, and staff each day—someone who is positive and approachable with a can-do attitude to every interaction.Your day to day will include : Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents, their families, visitors, and staffOffering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Village and Care Centre teamsMaintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsWe're looking for two part-time Receptionists to cover shifts across the following days : Monday to Friday : 8 : 30am – 4 : 30pmSaturday & Sunday : 9 : 00am – 3 : 00pmThe hours available will be a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 36 hours per week.

Ideally you will be able to work one weekend day between 9 : 00am - 3 : 00pm.QualificationsAbout You : You'll be the kind of person who thrives on helping others, keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, and communicates effortlessly with people from all walks of life.
