We are looking for a Clinical Leader to fill a post for the Health Services Centre at 0.8FTE, ideally allowing you to maintain clinical work for 0.2 FTE.Click here to view the position description.About UsThe Health Services Connection Centre (HSCC) includes Uri Ririki Child Health Connection Centre, which is the home for the local (Auckland District and Waitemata District) management of the Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) and National Child Health Information Platform (NCHIP) population health registers.
The services also hosts some of the Enhanced School Based Health Services nursing staff.
The management of the National Cervical Screening Programme Register (NCSP-R) for Metro Auckland also sits within the wider HSCC service.About YouTo be the right fit for this role you will : Have experience managing professional teams or worked in an education roleA strong interest in data - and in looking for risks and opportunities within itBe used to working with data to improve systems and processesHave built excellent working relationships across sectors and professional linesExperience working in primary care or public health services, with knowledge of immunisation, child health and cervical screeningDemonstrated ability to lead collaborative, cross-sector approaches that drive continuous performance improvement and deliver whanau-centred careBe committed to equity and have a real understanding of the experiences and challenges facing whanau who live in some of Auckland's more economically deprived communities.This knowledge will drive you to connect these whanau with the right health services.If this sounds like you, we look forward to receiving your application!
