In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate audit, research, and evaluation activities across MH&A services to support continuous service improvement and informed decision-making.You will work closely with the Quality and Risk Manager, General Manager, Clinical Director, and Research Committee to develop and deliver an integrated approach to clinical evaluation that is data-driven, culturally responsive, and focused on service quality and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities;Lead the planning and coordination of clinical audit and evaluation initiatives across MH&A services.Support a structured programme of continuous quality improvement through data analysis and service evaluation.Provide expert advice on the design and implementation of audit and evaluation strategies, with a focus on achieving health equity for Maori and Pacific tangata whaiora.Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations to inform senior leadership and service planning.About YouThis role requires a confident communicator, with the ability to adapt to different professional groups with ease and a can do attitude.
