We are seeking an experienced professional to champion high-quality, evidence-informed service delivery across helpline operations.

As a key leader within the organisation, you will play a critical role in supporting staff, developing services, managing complex cases, and driving continuous quality improvement.Key DetailsImmediate startFixed term contractMonday - FridayKey ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain high standards of practice in mental health and suicide prevention service delivery.Oversee and provide specialist support to senior shift supervisors and their teams.Manage complex and high-risk cases, including frequent callers, to reduce service dependency.Guide case management and risk presentations, including suicide, self-harm, and child protection concerns.Ensure clinical policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and adhered to.Develop and deliver training programs to promote safe and high-quality practices.Drive continuous improvement through service evaluation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.About YouTertiary qualification and current practicing certificate as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Registered Psychologist or Social Worker.10+ years of demonstrated practice experience within the mental health sector.Experience in a helpline environmentStrong understanding of mental health, well being, and recovery frameworks.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Skilled in managing clinical risk and complex service user needs.Knowledgeable in best practice frameworks, with the ability to integrate research and evaluation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Understanding and appreciation of working within a volunteer-supported cultureIf you are ready to join a mission-driven organisation and lead impactful services that support individuals in their most critical times, apply now!
