• Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated banking professional to gain frontline / client portfolio management experience and develop their career as a Business Partner.We spoke with our Senior Partner in Auckland, who let us know the following about the role :
• New and existing client meetings in the office or off-site in their business.
• Proactively developing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Growing relationships with local professionals.
• Working through funding requirements to help our customers grow.
• Collaborating with a great team to support our customers goals.You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team of experienced and high performing Business Partners, allowing you to share knowledge, learn from others and continually grow and develop.You'll also be part of our wider Auckland team of Commercial Partners, Specialists, Home Lending Partners and Branch based bankers.It is a fast-paced environment, so if you enjoy being busy and working as part of a high performing team then you will thrive here!The most exciting thing about this opportunity is making a tangible difference to customers by helping to unlock the full growth potential in their business and being a key enabler in driving the prosperity of New Zealand business.
• Supporting a portfolio of business customers and prospective customers to achieve their growth ambitions.
• Being a well-rounded contributor, including supporting business development and managing the Banks risk.We are looking for someone with a great attitude and desire to contribute to a high performing team!Ideally you will have strong business acumen and business development skills. You may already have an established professional network or proven ability to grow a network. You will also have excellent attention to detail and an overwhelming desire to serve our customers brilliantly.
