About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead recruitment of salaried roles across T&G’s global business. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, this is a 12‑month fixed term with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment of salaried roles nationwide across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Marketing and HR.
• Partner with hiring managers, GM and Exec‑level to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes for their teams.
• Day‑to‑day oversight of recruitment delivery by our RPO partner in Asia and USA.
• Provide a responsive and respectful candidate experience that champions our employer brand.
• Utilise your candidate network and sourcing skills to attract the very best talent.
• Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and contribute to wider P&C projects.
• System optimisation and supplier liaison across Teamtailor, OneFlow, Checkmate, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek etc.
