We provide foreign currency solutions, prepaid travel money cards and international money transfers.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-level customer service and accurate sales of foreign currency, travel cards and money transfers.
Listen to customers, ask open questions to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Build a loyal customer base and drive local marketing initiatives.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Skills and experience
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
A passion for customer service.
Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems.
Ambitious, highly motivated, and an efficient organiser.
Exceptional attention to detail and a love of problem solving.
Remuneration
Base salary of $50,000 plus generous uncapped commission.
