The role :
Maintaining and nurturing existing trade client relationshipsProactively seeking and engaging new trade clients weeklyAdmin - sales processes, quotes, orders & follow-upsManaging call cycles and business development leadsStaying up to date on the latest trends & technologiesBeing a brand ambassador during every client interactionEnsuring CRM systems and pipelines are kept up to dateRegular travel around the Auckland regionYou will have :
Must have IES Certificate in Residential Lighting Design or other Lighting Design certifications, CRM, CAD, and Dialux. OR Graduate Cert in Science & Technology (Lighting)Strong relationship building ability with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetProven sales expertise, able to deliver tailored solutions and drive commercial outcomesOrganised and adaptable mindset, with solid problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCollaborative and growth-focused working style - you work well in a team as well as individually and embrace continuous improvementMandarin speaking bonus however not mandatoryPlease note you must have valid NZ working rights and currently reside in NZ to be considered for this role along with meeting the above criteria.
