• Solutions Consultant
• you'll provide
• technical pre-sales expertise
• and support to the Sales teams, helping them close deals and ensure customer satisfaction by offering
• technical solutions
• and guidance.This role bridges the gap between technical aspects of products or services and the sales process, ensuring that sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge to effectively address customer needs and questions - supporting all of the technical needs of new integrating partners and merchants.Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Auckland.
• What You’ll Do

• Answer technical questions
• from Sales teams, customers, and partners, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop strategies, address customer needs, and contribute to the closing of deals.

• Collect and relay

• to Engineering and Product teams to improve products and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain

• Train Sales teams on new products, features, and technical concepts.
