Our focus on delivering quality beer with quality customer service serves as the foundation of our strong relationships with bottle and grocery stores.As a Multi Channel Sales Representative at Parrotdog Brewery, you will be an integral part of our mission to become NZ's most trusted Beer brand through bringing our exceptional beers to a wider audience.

You will be responsible for engaging with bottle shops and grocery stores, understanding their needs, and providing them with support and customer service.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their sales career in a vibrant and approachable environment.Key Responsibilities : Identify and engage with potential clients in the On Premise, bottle and grocery store sectorsUnderstand client needs and present our range of beers to meet those needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyersMeet and exceed sales targets and objectivesManage a call cycle of OutletsCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performanceMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through our CRMTravel – this role will include Overnight Travel to service customers is required (3-4 nights per fortnight dependant on Call Cycle)Qualifications : 2 years in Sales for On Premise, Trade Liquor and / or GroceryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEnthusiasm for sales and a passion for craft beerAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be a plusWhat We Offer : Opportunities for career advancementA supportive and collaborative work environmentCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesExternal support through EAP ServicesThis is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to make their mark working in one of Aotearoa's largest independent breweries.
