Key Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Vani’s Kitchen across all online platforms.
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business) with engaging and consistent content.
Plan and execute paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and online orders.
Optimize website SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to retain and engage customers.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with management to align marketing with business goals and promotions.
Research trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to suggest innovative strategies.
Manage online reputation through reviews, comments, and customer interactions.
Support event promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs (e.g., Spice Points).
