Responsibilities

Localised Digital Growth Engine

Build and optimise paid search, paid social & local SEO strategies tailored for NZ.

Make sure Lumino is always at the top when patients are searching for care.

Patient Acquisition at Scale

Run performance marketing campaigns that actually deliver bookings.

Manage budgets with precision to drive the lowest cost-per-patient nationwide.

Integrated Digital-CRM Journeys

Align campaigns with CRM & call centre workflows.

Create smooth journeys from "ad ? enquiry ? booking" – no patient left behind.

Data-Driven Insights & Market Advantage

Provide real-time reporting on ROI, acquisition trends & competitor activity.

Translate insights into actions that give Lumino the edge.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid search, paid social

Hands-on experience in managing campaigns and budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

SEO and organic search experience a big plus

Proven experience in a team management role, with a track record of mentoring and developing marketing team members.

Familiarity with digital analytics and performance reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, PoweBI, and other tracking software.

Healthcare industry experience very nice to have but not a must
