About The Role

We're looking for a Marketplace Lead to manage and grow our marketplace channel across Briscoes and Rebel Sport.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Support Office.

You\'ll lead a small team and work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and platform partners to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

From onboarding and product setup to fulfilment and performance reporting, you\'ll be at the centre of our marketplace operations.

What You\'ll Be Responsible For

Leading day-to-day marketplace operations and a small team.

Providing coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work and performance.

Driving supplier onboarding, product setup, and launch processes.

Managing product content quality, including imagery and taxonomy.

Collaborating with internal teams (eCommerce, IT, Logistics, Contact Centre) to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

Monitoring performance and providing insights to support growth.

Identifying and implementing platform enhancements and emerging technologies.

Ensuring fulfilment accuracy and resolving escalations quickly.

What You\'ll Bring

5+ years in ecommerce, ideally with marketplace experience.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent communication and project management capability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).

Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.

SAP and account management experience is a plus.
