Head Chef role at Atomic Coffee Roasters . We are a specialty roaster at the forefront of the coffee industry since 1992, sourcing, roasting, and blending fair trade, specialty-grade beans to achieve a complex and high-quality taste. We are seeking a Head Chef to join our Atomic Coffee Roasters team and help us deliver top-notch food and unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ordering, kitchen budgeting, food safety plans, stock management, and keep the café crew updated with daily specials while assisting with training and support to those around you.
• Collaborate with the Kingsland café team to create fresh food daily for both A la Carte and Cabinet food for satellite espresso bars.
• Work closely with the Café Manager, Operations Manager, and wider team with opportunities to make the space your own.
• Use creativity and innovation to fill the cabinet with delicious sandwiches and treats.
