Located in Manukau, Auckland, this is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm.

As a Tenancy Manager, you'll have a pivotal role in supporting individuals and whanau at risk of homelessness to thrive in healthy homes.

We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with Tenancy Management expertise and Level 4 Property Management qualification.
At least 2 years' experience in property management and administration.
Applicants must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management or a recognised equivalent, or a willingness to begin study within six months (supported by LinkPeople).
You'll have the ability to work effectively and proactively across multiple teams both internally and externally to support our most vulnerable in the community in a tenancy setting.
A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
Knowledge of, and demonstration of commitment to, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Full New Zealand driver's licence.
