Impact Trade Limited is a leading Premium vehicle washing and detailing facility. We are looking for a Site Manager for our Auckland locations.
This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities :
- Report to the Director to achieve company goals.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and objectives.
- Manage hiring, training, and evaluation.
- Analyze financial and performance data to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee cash management, fraud prevention, and supplier coordination.
- Direct administrative activities, including payroll and reporting.
- Address operational issues, including equipment repairs and business performance.
- Provide solutions for challenges like profit decline, employee conflicts, or competition.
Job Requirements :
Strong leadership, time management, task management, planning, and organizational skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.Uphold quality standards for vehicle care and customer support.Ensure timely corrective action to customer service issues.Three years of relevant work experience or a level 4 or higher qualification
