• Proven experience in similar roles, including complex, unionised environments, with a track record of driving high-performance outcomes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven settings, maintaining focus on strategic priorities and operational excellence.
• Expert at building trusted relationships, constructively challenging the status quo, and influencing cultural and performance transformation.
• Brings a positive, agile mindset with a relentless focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and team performance.

• Employment Relations : Deliver timely, practical, and high-impact advice that empowers leaders to navigate challenges confidently and make sound decisions.
• Industrial Relations : Support collective bargaining negotiations and activities, union relationship management, reviewing collective terms and conditions to identify areas for improvement or risk.
• Talent : Partner with leaders to deliver strategic objectives around workforce planning, succession, and change management.
• Organisational Development : Drive impactful people initiatives across your portfolio, helping to shape a thriving workplace culture and elevate the employee experience.
