About the role I Mo te Turanga
Shape the future of governance education with engaging, blended learning for Aotearoa's leaders.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll design and deliver innovative, blended learning solutions that lift the standards of governance across Aotearoa.
From in-person programmes to eLearning, publications and tailored solutions, you'll bring your expertise to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences for directors, boards and governance professionals.
Working closely with facilitators, subject matter experts and our wider team, you'll play a key role in bringing our Learning Strategy to life.
You'll also support facilitators and advisors with tools and guidance to ensure consistently excellent participant experiences.
About you I Mohou ake
You'll be an experienced Senior Learning Designer in adult or executive learning design, instructional design or education, with a strong understanding of contemporary learning theory and the confidence to put it into practice.
You'll be comfortable designing and delivering blended and digital learning, with hands-on experience using H5P in Totara or building in HTML, as we are developing our courses natively in Totara.
You will enjoy leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences and personalise content.
Creativity, design thinking and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to take complex concepts and communicate them clearly and simply.
You'll be able to manage multiple projects efficiently and work at pace.
Just as important is your collaborative style and the credibility to work alongside some of Aotearoa's most experienced governance leaders.
A genuine interest in governance, along with a commitment to embedding Te Ao Maori and matauranga Maori in your work, will help you thrive in this role.
