Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity
You will be instrumental in building collateral to be delivered by our SMEs to regional Housing teams as we move into a Train the Trainer model.
You will be a specialist in adult learning methodologies and collaborate to deliver the best resources for our people.
As a proactive individual, you will continuously seek ways to deliver exceptional quality training across Aotearoa.
Travel to regions and potential overnighters are expected; NZ Driver's licence is a requirement.
Permanent and Fixed Term roles, at $131,727 (pro rata).

What You Will Bring
Experience working in a multi-faceted and demanding environment.
Experience in working with a Train the Trainer model.
Tertiary qualifications in a HR discipline and / or equivalent relevant senior level experience in design, development and implementation of adult learning frameworks.
Specialist knowledge and experience in some or all of the following : blended learning, online delivery, capability development, evaluation and monitoring, career pathways.
Some change management experience is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to keep abreast of and eager to try new approaches to learning.
Demonstrated understanding of the cultural elements of training both in terms of content and method of delivery.
Demonstrated ability in monitoring and evaluating relevant data and applying findings to the improvement of learning deliverables.
Demonstrated experience identifying future opportunities and challenges, challenging the status quo and exploring ideas and opportunities that may lead to new, more innovative, creative and effective solutions.
Highly developed collaboration, influencing and co-design skills.
