You'll play a key role in building a curriculum of learning for one of our critical teams, designing and developing enterprise-wide onboarding and core capability programmes that support our people to succeed.
Your work will span the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis and instructional design to deployment and evaluation.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure learning solutions are engaging, measurable, and aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Design the learning curriculum for a critical team at Kiwibank
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are engaging, measurable, and aligned with strategic goals
Deliver onboarding and core capability programmes across the enterprise
Manage the full learning lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of learning design experience
Understanding of setting objectives and adult learning methodologies
Experience in instructional design and creating resources for a range of audiences and formats with a strong design eye
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with business experts to adapt learning to evolving needs
Excellent communication, listening, and documentation skills
Balance creativity in learning solutions with clear and concise documentation
Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite is essential
