This involves assisting Category Managers with daily buying tasks, problem-solving, and responding to internal and external inquiries, including customer complaints.

The role also encompasses managing promotions, maintaining accurate store ranging, and supporting the end-to-end value chain.

You'll play a key role in upholding buying policies and procedures, managing administrative tasks like invoice processing, and ensuring data quality across various systems.

Key Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end promotional process, from system loading to maintenance, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.Drive mailer planning tasks to completion, adhering to established processes.Maintain a high level of pricing and data integrity within master data systems.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing key communications.Assist the Category Manager with ad-hoc tasks and the category review process.About You | MouAt Woolworths, we're committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience.

Previous administration experience and be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously,Comfort in administrative systems (such as SAP and Partner Hub) that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and MicrosoftA willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team, display excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skillsProven experience being well-organised with the ability to communicate effectively, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersWorking with Woolworths NZ | Me mahi tahi tatou ki Woolworths NZWith over 185 stores and 20,000 team members across Aotearoa, we've made it our mission to make Kiwi lives a little better every day.
