Newly created National role for a well established hospitality expert with multi venue experience looking to make a real lasting impact in NZ hospo

Our client :

Is a unique blend of retail and hospitality with a mission to blend fashion and food into a unique experience. With prime locations across New Zealand and Australia our client creates memorable experiences for all serving luxury on a plate with the best ingredients from New Zealand and top tier beverage offerings in stunning enviornments.

The role :

Is a newly created position to support with the growth and expansion of our clients footprint in the New Zealand market. With two highly successful venues holding their own in Auckland & Queenstown, our client is opening a third and slightly different offering for their clientele in 2026 and require an experienced hospitality expert to take the reigns of the opening on the third venue whilst maintaining excellence across their other two venues.

This role will be busy, will require grit, fantastic stakeholder management both internal and external & the ability to inspire both FOH and BOH teams.

What you will be rewarded with :

• circa $150k per annum (experience dependant)
• travel across New Zealand
• fantastic support from your Director of Hospitality, Group Executive Chef and SLT
• take the reigns of opening our clients third venue in Auckland

Please note you must have venue opening experience, premium local hospitality experience at a senior leadership level and across multi venues + have valid NZ Working Rights.
