iTi is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Duty Manager to join our team. As the Hospitality Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the hospitality department, including managing staff and resources to deliver high‑quality service
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders
- Support in the recruitment, training, and performance management of hospitality staff members
