- As General Manager, you will lead the growth and development of the Exceed Window & Door Hardware Maintenance business in New Zealand by creating value for Franchise Owners, Suppliers, and Exceed.Working across Belron NZ, you'll strengthen the Exceed franchise model, expand services, and identify new opportunities, all while delivering our Purpose : "Making a Memorable Difference with Care."A key part of this role will be developing the Exceed Franchise Owner model and system to enable growth for both Franchise Owners and Exceed, both through identifying and growing new customer market, as well as new products and services.
In partnership with the wider Belron NZ team, you'll build a strategy that positions Exceed as a leader in the Window & Door Hardware Maintenance market.We're looking for a courageous, purposeful leader who thrives in complexity, inspires though values, and nurtures a culture where people perform at their best.
