We are looking for a motivated General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth.
We offer a competitive wage of $
- / hour and we guaranteed minimum of 30 hours / week.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of business operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Coordinate and supervise cleaning teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Act as the primary contact person for clients and staff, including after-hours support for operational emergencies.Plan workflow, manage bookings, and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards.Manage inventory, tools, and cleaning materials — including stock control and purchasing.Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and key clients.Monitor business costs and assist in preparing budgets and pricing strategies to maximise profitability.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to commercial kitchen cleaning.Resolve customer issues and handle feedback professionally.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to marketing or business development initiatives.Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of managerial or operational leadership experience in a cleaning, maintenance, or service-based business.Master's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve performance goals.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, punctual, and willing to be hands-on when required.A positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to quality service.
