This is a strategic leadership role with a strong growth mandate—focused on expanding market share, deepening client relationships, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.You'll lead the development of our Microsoft portfolio build a culture of excellence that delivers measurable business outcomes for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Growth and Sales Leadership : Drive the expansion of our Dynamics 365 business through strategic growth initiatives, pipeline development, and market penetration.

Own revenue targets and lead the charge on new business acquisition.Portfolio Development : Lead the evolution of our Microsoft Business Applications offering, with a focus on CE, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Build scalable frameworks and methodologies that support long-term growth.Client Engagement and Value Creation : Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.

Understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive transformation and ROI.Team Building and Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Dynamics professionals.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and execute growth strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.

Translate vision into action.Commercial and Budget Oversight : Manage budgets, resources, and delivery timelines to ensure profitability and operational excellence.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals and growth objectives.What You Bring8+ years in CRM solutions, with at least 5 years in leadership rolesProven success in driving revenue growth and building sales pipelinesDeep knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CE, and Copilot StudioStrong people management, mentoring, and team-building skillsCommercial mindset with experience developing and executing growth strategiesExceptional relationship-building and solution-selling capabilitiesCommunication : Clear, persuasive communicator across technical and executive audiencesStrong project and budget management skills with a focus on outcomesWhy Join Datacom?
