You'll lead a talented team, champion innovation, and partner with senior leaders to enable strategic decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
Lead & Develop People : Inspire and grow a high-performing MI team through inclusive leadership and coaching.
Deliver Insights : Provide impactful financial analysis and enterprise reporting to support strategic outcomes.
Enable Finance Strategy : Partner with leaders to deliver agile systems and robust analysis that maximise value.
Drive Planning : Lead integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with ASB and CBA standards.
Maximise Value : Ensure consistent value mapping and benefit tracking across the business.
Champion Innovation : Embed agile ways of working and a culture of continuous improvement.
Put Customers First : Anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver solutions through regular engagement.
Manage Risk : Uphold strong financial controls and proactively mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Deep commercial, operational, and financial services expertise.
Strong accounting foundation and strategic thinking capability.
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skilled in leading data analysis, scenario modelling, and problem solving across teams.
Experienced people leader with a track record of talent development.
Relevant qualifications in Commerce, Finance, or Management (postgraduate preferred).
