We're looking for a senior leader who brings people together, drives performance, and leads with purpose to take our Corporate Banking and Property Finance team into its next chapter.This is a key enterprise leadership role responsible for the strategic growth, transformation and operating performance of our nationwide Corporate and Property Finance portfolios.Responsibilities : Setting and delivering the strategic direction for Corporate Banking and Property Finance, aligned with Kiwibank's enterprise goalsGrowing our presence in new client segments and industries, and expanding our impact in the property sectorLeading innovation across our product and service offerings, including cash management, trade finance and property financeRepresenting Corporate and Property Finance at executive, Board and industry forums, contributing to enterprise strategy and sustainabilityLeading nationwide teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong business performanceChampioning transformation and continuous improvement across the portfolioCoaching and developing inclusive, high-performing teamsRequirements : Proven leadership experience in financial services, with a track record of leading large, complex business unitsDeep knowledge of corporate banking and property finance, including lending, financial markets, transaction banking and complex funding structuresStrong credit risk, governance and regulatory experienceA strategic mindset with the ability to execute and embed change at both enterprise and operational levelsExceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse networksA people-first leadership style that builds trust, supports growth and fosters a high-performance, purpose-led cultureKiwibank is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
