SkyCity Auckland have 10x full time (40 hr) vacancies across various outlets paying between $60k - $75k per annum to support the Venue F&B Manager in maximising the value of the restaurant for both the company and its guests by managing the delivery of the highest standard of guest service and achieving the budgeted returns.

As well as

Lead and motivate the team of passionate and highly skilled individuals to deliver on the restaurant's brand promise

Ensure the day-to-day operation of the outlet runs smoothly

Role model the delivery of the restaurant and the company's brand, vision, culture and values through effective leadership practises

Actively demonstrate awareness and understanding of Host Responsibility

You will be quick on your feet, have solid hospitality management experience under your belt, perfectly paired with your impressive knowledge of how to keep your team and your customers happy.

You'll also be a team player who is flexible to work a variety of shifts.

You will also bring

A minimum of 2 years' experience successfully leading a team at a supervisory level

Experience in financial management, cost control and P&L's

GM Certificate
