About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced chef with a strong background in Sri Lankan cuisine to join our team full-time.
This permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing and reputable takeaway that values authenticity, consistency, and creativity in every dish.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- This will be a sole charge roll who take all the responsibility to plan and develop seasonal menus to match with the local eating pattern
 - Prepare and cook traditional Sri Lankan dishes, including curries, kottu roti, sambols, and rice dishes and authentic breakfast dishes
 - Ensure consistent quality, flavour, and presentation of dishes
 - Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and manage portion control
 - Following all health and safety regulations in the kitchen, including food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
 - Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment in line with food safety standards

Skills and Experience Required
