Now well positioned to seek an experienced and forward thinking Warehouse Operations Manager who will be instrumental in leading and supporting their site, working collaboratively with the wider team to drive growth, have a customer focused approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
The business is based in Swan Hill, Victoria, Aus and will require relocation.
Responsibilities
Leadership of the warehouse team, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture.
This will include fostering the development and growth of the team, and cultivating an environment that emphasizes efficiency and effectiveness.
Actively contribute to fulfilling customer needs, maintaining safety standards, upholding quality standards, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Working closely with company stakeholders, predominantly production to ensure a smooth transition of goods.
Maintaining a high level of quality assurance and product integrity.
Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence.
Qualifications
3+ Years experience in a supply chain environment.
Proven experience in warehouse / distribution leadership, with an active approach to guidance and mentorship.
Solutions focused approach with the ability to lead problem solving initiatives in a team environment.
Ability to drive continuous improvements across planning.
Strong analytical skills.
Good understanding of ERP and WMS systems.
Great attention to detail.
A good understanding of MS Office is desired.
