Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to join our hospital team and support onsite inventory operations. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for receipting goods, physically putting away stock, managing inventory storage, and maintaining accurate master data. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory is handled efficiently, safely, and in line with hospital standards. You’ll also support other staff with inventory enquiries, contribute to stock counts and discrepancy investigations, and help identify opportunities for operational improvement. Maintaining clean and organised storage areas and upholding health and safety standards are key parts of the role. Success is measured through monthly KPIs and your ability to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a supply chain / inventory management focused role
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, moving, and organising stock in a hospital environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate master data and follow SOPs
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and with suppliers
