Warehouse Manager – Auckland
Salary Package - $112,000
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations in Auckland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a dedicated team, manage inventory in a building and construction environment, drive efficiency, and ensure top-notch customer fulfillment.
What you’ll do :
- Lead, coach, and develop your warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Oversee inventory management of building and construction materials, ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficient stock control.
- Monitor customer fulfillment metrics and ensure deliveries are accurate and on time.
- Maintain quality standards, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safety compliance.
- Analyse operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
What we’re looking for :
Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in a building or construction environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience managing inventory and materials specific to construction or building operations.Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Safety-conscious with a commitment to quality and operational excellence.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and drive continuous improvement.Why this role :
