About The Role

To support our continued growth and expanding international reach, this position will be responsible for providing support to daily operations, whilst being able to adapt to our changing business environment. To be effective in this role, you will draw on your knowledge of freight management, operational process improvement, and experience processing day to day.

Your key deliverables will include the weekly global deployment process, freight booking, freight tracking and responding to queries on logistics topics (HTS code requests, freight quotes, etc.) from a wide range of stakeholders. Other tasks include providing additional support on freight forwarder KPI management, shipping document preparation, communication with global sales offices and participating in future capacity planning and freight mode optimization of our global distribution network. You will work closely with the planners and the DC team to ensure efficient operations.
