Truck driver

We are looking for multiple Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team based in Auckland. As a Truck Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients across various locations in New Zealand.

About the role :

• Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading
• Loading and unloading goods using lifting and tipping devices
• Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles
• Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
• Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight
• Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage
• Verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification of deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
