Warehouse Manager

Job descriptionPlan and coordinate the daily receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Help maintain inventory levels to meet supply requirements and minimize stock-outs. Assist in liaising with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Operate inventory recording systems to track all stock movements accurately. Identify and coordinate re-ordering needs to ensure optimal stock levels. Work closely with other departments to fulfill customer orders and manage outgoing goods. Oversee and support the warehouse team in their day-to-day activities. Help monitor the performance of warehouse operations and assist in implementing improvements. Any other duties may required by the business

Position : Warehouse Manager
Term : Permanent full time position
Wage : $33.56-$35 per hour
Hours of work : minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 50 hours per week
Shifted from Monday to Sunday
We require the candidate :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-based role (e.g., shelf filler, storeperson, logistics assistant).
We prefer the candidate :
- Understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication abilities to work effectively with team members and other departments.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with warehouse management software is a plus.
