Our Receptionists start from October - December 2025 and continue through the summer season until April 2026.

What you will do :

This role focuses on administration to ensure a smooth experience for our guests, including :

Being the central communication centre for the hotel,

Managing guest accounts, balancing daily audits, answering telephones, and handling guest correspondence,

Handling room reservations to ensure exceptional guest experiences,

Assisting guests with activities,

Performing administrative tasks to support the front office and hotel operations.

What you will bring :

Alongside your passion for service and luxury hospitality, you will have :

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality,

A confident and professional telephone manner,

The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize,

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills,

Immaculate presentation,

Knowledge of OPERA Cloud or similar systems is advantageous but not essential,

A warm, friendly smile!

This is a unique role that differs from typical hotel or resort reception positions.

Success requires high energy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
