We're looking for two Front Desk Coordinators at our new Wellington All of Government office.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, providing high-quality, customer-focused support to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

What you'll be doing
Delivering professional and friendly reception services.
Greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and clients with warmth and efficiency.
Managing general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Coordinating security access and visitor management systems.
Providing helpful information and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with SharePoint or similar systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and professional demeanour.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
Flexibility to work in alternative buildings when required.
