This is a fantastic opportunity to manage our two flagship stores in the vibrant Auckland Central.As our Area Retail and Merchandise Manager, you'll be instrumental in creating an exceptional retail experience.
You'll lead a dedicated team of part-time and full-time staff across both locations.
Your leadership drives sales, enhances visual merchandising, manages stock efficiently, and cultivates a positive and inclusive culture.

Remuneration : $60,000 to $70,000 PA, performance incentives, discounts on Just Another Fisherman clothing, and other brands in the group.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of part-time and full-time staff across two Auckland Central flagship stores.Drive sales and deliver an exceptional retail experience.Enhance visual merchandising and stock management to optimise store and product performance.Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture and coach staff to achieve high performance.Qualifications / About You2 years of experience at the store management level with knowledge of how successful businesses operate in the retail landscape.Customer-centric mindset, prioritising and elevating the customer experience.Experience in people culture and management, including recruiting, building and retaining high-performing teams.Understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on store and product performance and customer experience.Problem solver with a drive for continuous improvement and willingness to go the extra mile.Self-aware, coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.Willingness to share knowledge to help others learn and grow.Personable, able to build rapport with empathy, kindness, and honesty.Open-minded and objective, able to consider multiple perspectives.Resilient when plans don
