You will play a key role in optimising stock strategies, ensuring seamless product flow across wholesale and vertical retail channels, and building strong relationships with global brand partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams, helping to drive sales, improve forecasting, and enhance inventory efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all seasonal orders and replenishment stock are accurately loaded, allocated, and actioned for key wholesale accounts
Work closely with internal teams to develop and align stock strategies to optimise inventory levels and drive sales
Continuously refine allocation and forecasting processes to improve efficiencies across wholesale and retail operations
Work closely with planning, buying, and sales teams to ensure seamless stock flow and enhance business performance

About You

Proven experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management

Strong numerical and analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities

Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making

Confident communicator – able to liaise with key internal stakeholders and external partners

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
