About the Role :

Days & Hours : 40 hours per week worked from Tuesday - Saturday. Please note that all staff are expected to work varying schedules & additional hours during our key event seasons - Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day.

Start Times : Between 06 : 00am - 07 : 00am.

Locaton : This role is based out of our depot in Mount Wellington, Auckland.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Visiting multiple supermarkets around Auckland in a company van to deliver and merchandise our floral displays.
• Growing floral sales across a selection of supermarkets by ensuring displays are merchandised to standards; driving a mid-sized van 5 days a week where you hold stock and tools of the trade
• Managing stock rotation to maximise freshness for the end customer.
• Managing , motivating , and training a team of up to 10 merchandisers to help them perform and be engaged.
• Managing customer service and customer relationships.
• Overseeing the sales, waste, and labour cost of your zone to ensure profitability.

Staff management ability .

Experience in the ‘fresh' industry is highly advantageous .

A full and current drivers' license
