Job Description

All the best teams are successful because they receive great direction and leadership. As the NZ Contact Centre Team Leader, your purpose is to ensure that your team delivers the required performance expectations and is committed to delivering a great customer contact experience.

You will be approachable, credible, and experienced in handling unplanned situations, with the ability to think on your feet. You’ll be target-driven and inspire your team through leading by example, providing clear direction and regular coaching.

• Proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
• Ability to plan and organize collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, persuading, and motivating in both oral and written formats.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading group / team meetings.
• Experience training and developing team members.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a contact centre team in a service-based industry.
• Experienced in managing people within a contact / dispatch centre setting.
