OverviewOur Kids Early Learning Centre - Mataki Way AucklandFull time, PermanentWe are a family-owned ECE organisation (est. 2008) with four centres.

Mataki Way is a purpose-built centre licensed for 60 tamariki (18 U2 / 42 O2).

Our practice is inspired by Reggio and RIE, underpinned by Te Whariki, and grounded in our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Your impactLead, coach and grow a high-performing team; embed aroha, collaboration and reflective practice.Provide curriculum leadership (Te Whariki; inquiry and documentation) and lead the Professional Growth Cycle.Uphold compliance and licensing, health & safety, and ERO readiness.Build strong partnerships with whanau and community.Oversee day-to-day operations with the area manager and business manager, including staffing, resourcing, budgets and occupancy.You'll bringNZ-recognised ECE qualification and current practising certificate and Full registration / Tuturu.
