This leadership role focuses on ensuring that all learners are supported through inclusive, effective, and evidence-based practices.
You will be part of a Learning Support Team within the school.Key responsibilities include : Leading the Learning Support Programme and maintaining the register of needsManaging and supporting a team of Learning AssistantsCoordinating IEPs, IBPs, and agency referralsOverseeing Learning Support resources, systems, and data tracking (SMS and Google Drive), analysis of data to make informed, data driven decisions to support our studentsLeading self-review in the area of special needs and developing efficient SENCo systems school-wideRunning small group intervention programmesWe are looking for a collaborative, organised leader who is data-savvy, people-focused, and passionate about inclusive education.Three management units are attached to this position.How to applyPlease look on our website for an application form.
