We're looking for someone who :

Leads by example through strong teaching and learning pedagogy across the curriculum.

Uses data and evidence to drive improvement and raise achievement.

Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Work alongside teachers, children and their whanau to identify and respond to the needs of our learners.

Demonstrates cultural competence and a deep respect for te ao Maori and tikanga Maori.

Models high expectations, integrity, and compassion.

Promotes teacher growth and wellbeing through strong professional support and modelling.

Having experience or strengths in understanding learning support systems and or currently a SENCO / learning support coordinator, is beneficial but not essential.
