Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Commercial Bay Concept Store

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our retail expansion in New Zealand?

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) / Floor Supervisor for our NEW Performance Concept Store due to open late 2025 in Commercial Bay, Auckland on a full-time basis.

Successful candidates will be starting SOON to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in and trade for these highly anticipated locations in the busiest period of the year!

Responsibilities

Assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.

Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

Represent the adidas brand / company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.

Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.

Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.

Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.

Experience & qualifications

Experience in the following will be highly regarded :

Retail Team Leader of men's / women's apparel or sports footwear
